What it measures

The public-domain Big Five inventory: 30 facet scores across Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness, plus a derived 16-type preference leaning.

Validity & honesty

Percentiles come from a large internet convenience sample, not a nationally representative one. Personality self-reports are stable over months, not days — retaking more often than about monthly mostly measures mood and noise, and the derived 16-type is a preference leaning, not a fixed category.

Cadence: a retake every 30 days is advised. You can retake anytime — early retakes are scored normally and flagged in trend analysis.
