Open, validated instruments. Every score comes with its uncertainty.

Jungian Type (OEJTS 1.2)

Personalityself-report

~4 min · last: never

Type indicators dichotomize continuous traits — people near the middle can flip letters between sessions without anything real changing. The continuous scores are the meaningful result. This is the open-source OEJTS, not the official MBTI®, and if you know your MBTI type, expect agreement on your clear preferences but possibly different letters on any axis where you sit near the middle. Its author offers no reliability guarantees; treat the letters as a summary, not a diagnosis.

Emotional Intelligence (SSEIT)

EQself-report

~5 min · last: never

Self-report EQ measures how you see your own emotional skills, which only partly overlaps with tested emotional ability. Norms come from the 1998 development sample (n=346), not a representative population.

ICAR Cognitive Sample (text items)

Cognitiveabilitytimed

~8 min · last: never

Only 8 fixed items — treat this as a spot-check, not a precise IQ estimate, and expect strong practice effects on repeats (the items never change; a long cooldown is advised). The generated Matrices and Series tests are the retest-safe alternatives.

Abstract Reasoning Matrices

Cognitiveabilitytimed

~12 min · last: never

Items are procedurally generated, not a published test, so there are no population norms — scores are meaningful as your own trend over time, not as an IQ. Reliability for change badges is an assumed estimate (0.85) until your own data allows an empirical one.

IPIP-NEO-120 Personality Inventory

Personalityself-report

~15 min · last: never

Percentiles come from a large internet convenience sample, not a nationally representative one. Personality self-reports are stable over months, not days — retaking more often than about monthly mostly measures mood and noise, and the derived 16-type is a preference leaning, not a fixed category.

Number & Letter Series

Cognitiveabilitytimed

~8 min · last: never

Items are procedurally generated without population norms — scores are your own trend over time, not an IQ.

Digit Span

Cognitiveperformance

~8 min · last: never

Span tasks are practice-robust because every sequence is random, but attention and sleep strongly affect them — log conditions for interpretable trends. No population norms; scores are within-person.

Reaction Time

Performanceperformance

~3 min · last: never

Reaction time is highly sensitive to device, browser and time of day — compare trends only on the same machine, and log conditions. Median (not mean) is scored to resist outliers.

Verbal Fluency

Cognitiveperformance

~3 min · last: never

Self-administered fluency counts your own typed words without an examiner's validity check — treat scores as a personal trend, and expect category difficulty to vary (the app rotates categories and reports which was used).

Multiple Intelligences Self-Profile

MIself-report

~8 min · last: never

This measures how you perceive yourself, not measured ability — self-estimates correlate only modestly with tested ability. Scores are ranked against each other (ipsative), so they show your relative leanings, never absolute levels.

Character Strengths (IPIP-VIA)

Strengthsself-report

~20 min · last: never

These are IPIP analog scales, not the official VIA Survey. Rankings are ipsative (relative to your own profile) — a low rank means 'less characteristic of you', not a deficiency. No population norms are applied.
