Validity & honesty

These are IPIP analog scales, not the official VIA Survey. Rankings are ipsative (relative to your own profile) — a low rank means 'less characteristic of you', not a deficiency. No population norms are applied.

Cadence: a retake every 60 days is advised. You can retake anytime — early retakes are scored normally and flagged in trend analysis.
